Lake Superior Squadron PBY Updates

Superior,WI, June 10,2020- One of the Northernmost CAF Unit locations (aside from the Alaska Wing) is quite busy during the summer months. The Lake Superior Squadron recently posted some updates on restoration. The Squadron is currently restoring three World War II era planes. One is a PBY-6A flying boat being restored to flight status, a Marine OY-2 Sentinel we are restoring to flight status, and a second PBY-6A being restored for display.
