Commemorative Air Force Welcomes Tina Styles as Chief Development Officer
(Dallas, Texas- April 24, 2025)– The Commemorative Air Force (CAF) is proud to announce the appointment of Tina Styles as its new Chief Development Officer, bringing over two decades of nonprofit leadership and military experience to one of the nation’s leading aviation history organizations.
An accomplished U.S. Army veteran and dynamic development professional, Styles has a distinguished background in fundraising, strategic planning, operations, and donor engagement. She previously served in leadership roles at the George W. Bush Presidential Center and major healthcare foundations across Texas. Throughout her career, she developed successful multimillion-dollar campaigns, implemented organization-wide fundraising systems, and built and retained top-performing teams.
Styles comes from a proud military family and was the first woman in her family to enlist. She served nearly six years in the U.S. Army, with assignments in Korea, Germany, and Fort Knox, Kentucky. She also spent 12 years of her youth living in Germany as a military dependent, giving her a lifelong connection to military service and culture.
“I’m incredibly honored to join the Commemorative Air Force,” said Styles. “This role is the perfect opportunity to combine my passion for service, my background in development, and my commitment to servant leadership. I’m excited to connect with the dedicated members and supporters who bring the CAF’s mission to life.”
As Chief Development Officer, Styles will lead the CAF’s fundraising strategy, including major giving, grants, planned giving, and donor engagement campaigns that help preserve the organization’s fleet of 180+ historic aircraft and expand its aviation education efforts.
CAF President and CEO David Oliver said, “Tina brings not only a wealth of experience, but a personal connection to our mission and values. Her leadership will play a major role in growing our national impact and ability to continue executing our mission to Educate, Inspire, and Honor.”
CAF members and supporters can expect to hear from Tina as she begins reaching out to share opportunities for involvement, answer questions about giving options, and build meaningful partnerships that help sustain the CAF’s mission for future generations.
