2021 ICAS Convention - Early Registration Discount Expires on Tuesday, August 31
Tuesday, August 31 @ 12:00p.m. EDT - All month, we’ve been suggesting to members that they take advantage of the early registration discounts for the 2021 ICAS Convention.
So, as the end of August approaches and the deadline for taking advantage of that discount nears, we wanted to reach back out one last time to encourage you to save a few bucks by registering for the ICAS Convention today or tomorrow.
You can initiate the on-line registration process by clicking here. Our analytics tell us that it should take you between five and seven minutes to complete the process.
All indications are that it’s going to be a big, busy and well-attended event. Attendance registrations are keeping pace with our biggest conventions during the last 20 years. We’ve sold more than 92% of our exhibit booths. And the members I’ve talked with are all very excited about finally gathering as an industry to continue our recovery and plan for what many expect to be a huge year for air shows in 2022.
Last week, ICAS announced details on our three keynote presentations: Captain Charlie Plumb (U.S. Navy, retired); marketing/branding consultant Kristin Spiotto; and skydiver Luke Aikins. The details for the convention education program are also coming together well and will be announced in September. And, despite the ups and downs of the pandemic, it’s becoming clear that Las Vegas will be open for business in December and we will be holding our ICAS Convention as scheduled on December 6, 7, 8 and 9. (Just in case and to give you the confidence to make plans to be with us in Las Vegas, ICAS has amended its convention cancellation policy; you can cancel for any reason up until Thursday, November 11 and get a full refund for your entire registration fee. No fees. No penalties. A 100% no-questions-asked refund.)
Although the COVID pandemic has hit our industry particularly hard this past year and a half, our post-pandemic recovery has begun and is beginning to accelerate. We will continue and expand that effort in December when the entire air show community converges on the Paris Las Vegas Hotel for three and a half days of networking, learning and re-connecting.
