CAF Buckeye Wing hosts an online interview with WWII Military pilot Jim Gorman
Marysville, OH (October 27, 2022) - On November 5, 2022, at noon EDT the Commemorative Air Force Buckeye Wing will conduct an online interview with World War II veteran Jim Gorman. At 100 years old Gorman is still able to recall his gripping experiences as a pilot during World War II with vivid detail. He’s flown many different aircraft including a C-47 Skytrain during the War and a P-51 Mustang with the Ohio Air Guard. The public is welcome to attend the interview online using the link listed below.

The C-47 at the EAA Museum is finished in the scheme of his aircraft General Delivery. Gorman also sponsored the CAF’s C-47 "That's All, Brother".
Gorman will talk about some of his thrilling missions flying supply missions in the Pacific Theater as well as some fun times after the War when he flew a privately owned P-51 Mustang.
