WWII Paratrooper Tom Rice Jumps From C-53 for his 100th Birthday

CORONADO, California, August 15, 2021– Tom Rice turned 100 years old on Sunday, August 15. The centenarian celebrated the occasion by jumping out of the Commemorative Air Force's C-53 D-Day Doll assigned to the Inland Empire Wing based in Riverside, California.

The event organizers Operation Call-To-Service worked with Rice’s hometown of Coronado to ensure plenty of fanfare.
