Kennesaw State project with CAF Airbase Georgia- Rosie the Riveter: Still Flexing Her Muscle, Broadcast LIVE To Your Classroom/Living Room!

Join us on March 26th for a special live, virtual event hosted by the Museum of History and Holocaust Education at Kennesaw State University, Commemorative Air Force, Airbase Georgia, and Redwood Educational Technologies. This Zoom event will be livestreamed into your classroom or wherever your students may be learning from.
World War II opened doors that allowed women to contribute to society in new ways. This free event will feature a live interview of Mae Krier, a riveter who worked at the Boeing factory (in Seattle) starting in 1943, footage of a World War II airplane and tools that women used to build them, and a live lesson about "Rosies."
