Tickets on sale now for first National Championship Air Races in Roswell
Roswell, NM.(March 13,2025) – The National Championship Air Races (NCAR) has announced that tickets are available for its inaugural 2025 event at the Roswell Air Center in Roswell, New Mexico. From Wednesday, Sept. 10 to Sunday, Sept. 14, fans from all over the world can experience seven classes of racing as pilots compete for the coveted gold trophy, in addition to visiting static and military displays, vendors, food booths and more. From single day tickets to weeklong and VIP packages, there are plenty of options for families, fans and road trippers alike to be a part of the inaugural air races in Roswell. Additionally, immense excitement for the event has led to an almost complete buy-out of hotels in Roswell. It is highly encouraged to take advantage of the event’s increased RV camping availability, providing attendees with the easiest way to travel to and attend the air races with plenty of space. The 2025 event is set to return with more than 100 planes and pilots as well as several ‘hands-on’ displays and experiences including the STEM Education Discovery Zone, heritage displays, military demonstrations and static displays and more. The event will also mark the fourth year of competition for the STOL (Short Take-Off and Landing) Drag which has become a phenomenon both in the skies and on social media.
